I am normally a size 6 so I ordered a pair of jeans in a size 6 when I got them they were really small so I had to send them back and I couldn’t be bothered to buy them in the next size up so I just left it. I ordered a pair of heels that, when upon looking at closely, were two completely different sizes despite both having the same size written on the bottom of both shoes.Ordered a pair of silver stilettos from their website, I would recommend going down a size, but for the price of $24 they are perfect!! I’ve never had a problem with the customer service but it’s disappointing that they don’t cover the cost of returns.Spent $300 on clothes and not one thing fit properly. When I checked my tracking on Tuesday it said it was held up for 24 extra hours. Quality is not that bad considering the price. They now sell in Australia … The website is easy to use on a computer on the mobile site it wasn't as easy. Eg 5% Elastane you know it's going to have a mild stretch.

Not true to size at all. They were supposed to be AU /UK size 8 and most look nowhere near it. VERY poor quality. Underwear bought had no stretch or flexibility - and within one wash lost its shape. Just a big con and cashing in on a serious issue with a gimmicky money maker. NO! Paid extra for next day delivery, never arrived. I realised two weeks has passed from my order due date & no tracking had come through & no order. Sizing is appalling, considering a lot of young girls shop on here it’s awful to think how it could effect their body image. Help they are making it very hard and confusing to return and get my money back, can someone please explain the process? The delivery came super fast, and was packaged perfectly. Pretty Little Thing needs to get their **** together when it comes to making their clothing sizes consistent and true. It fits perfectly their size guides are good at helping you work out if it's going to fit but in addition to that they tell you about the fabric on the product page. First-order was 5 dresses most of which were $20 full price but were on sale for $12 not expecting much for $12 I actually got 4 decently made dresses which were the accurate size, but mildly see-through.
