SNES9x traces its roots back to two of the oldest emulators for the SNES. There is no way to select, run, or exit a game with a controller. ZSNES is better for playing hacks but Bsnes is better for testing stuff like custom music. ZSNES has been in development since the 90's, and in that time has been fixed to run the vast majority of SNES games smoothly. Everything was well on this site with ZSNES, and I think we don't need changes here, but I don't see anything wrong in BSNES.
