As for events, the total gross revenue of 15 food trucks up to mid-October 2019 was about $5.41 million, in which $1.08 million came from food truck operation at tourism mega events organised by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) and arranged by TC and $4.33 million from self-identified events. 叫了一個牛油果吐司配火龍果沙冰。我本以為沙冰應該是飲品, 估不到它用dessert方式上, 顏色好吸引~! The potatoes in the curry rice were slightly undercooked but the overall flavour was good.
初嚐第一口, 原來沙冰拌了香蕉蓉和火龍果一同打碎, 之後一粒粒火龍果黑籽在口內爆開, 慢慢浸出火龍果清新的味道。 沙冰上灑了椰絲, 薄荷葉和杞子, 很有心思。真是一杯令人賞心悅目的消暑甜品~! 幫襯公主廚房、已經係五月份嘅事、當時佢係中環海濱嘅摩天輪旁邊..落咗船後、遠遠望過去已經見到美食車車身嘅圖案好吸引、上面有好多個唔同顏色嘅公主、相信係老闆自己嘅作品..之前有聽朋友講過佢有一個顏色好sharp嘅《火龍果冰》、終於有機會試吓！！ 原來除咗火龍果冰仲有燕麥、香蕉、士多啤梨、椰子片...食落去嘅感覺好Fresh好special !!
