Biologically we are ready in our teens, so who cares what the trending age is. If anything, I feel like I have a whole lifetime ahead of me (of course, I have to remember that there is a limit up ahead and must save for retirement!
I know, it’s a lot of work. I guess I’ll leave this on the backburner and revisit the idea in a couple of years!I know I said that I’m not worried about my body aging, but I feel that a toned, lean body reflects your attitude towards everything in life.
But, I feel much more in control of my life – though I don’t think that has anything to do with the actual number 40.
