Been dealing with phone carriers for over 20 years, and Vodafone is by far the worst phone company I have ever encountered and I would give it 0 stars if I could.

spoke with the manager on the 17th phone call and have been told I will be called back again.asked how to make a customer complaint and "manager" RONA who told us to go online and find the complaints section, after going online to make this complaint it appears that RONA "The Manger" had not given us a reference number for the complaint.she also failed to give us any straight answers and was very unprofessional as she could not tell us the formal procedures of Vodafone regarding these type of problems. It has been 5 days since my internet box has broken, and Vodafone have still not yet even posted a new Modem.
