It's a routing issue of some sort by the ISPs, my Melbourne based VPN can connect fine, but my home connection is no bueno, and Elite doesn't support VPNs ? Instagram. Microsoft Azure. We help you find out what is wrong. @janeb69 I am with Aussie Broadband - they send out an SMS to all affected customers as soon as they are aware of the fault. They worked with NBN to get tech to find and repair broken lead-in and service is solid as. The page will show all of the outages that have affected your service, is scheduled to affect your service and/or are currently affecting you service. I switched to Aussie Broadband from Skymesh a few months ago.

There is two fields, one for NBN Outages and one for Aussie outages Perhaps counterintuitively, the Aussie outages section pertains to scheduled/unscheduled outages of ABB infrastructure and not NBNco infrastructure. I have a problem with National Broadband Network, NBN ... Worse there is now no customer service. Started out at $49...crept to $69. @Angus_OL @Telstra honestly just get rid of telstra, if it's nbn just sign up to Aussie Broadband, the only issue we have is when someone digs through the cable General inquiries
