Summary. Shutting down the ATM and firing up the Ethernet0 interface is what actually got it working for me.

If it's doing firewall duties and NAT I would expect it to max out at about 30Mb/s even though it has 4 x 10/100 ports available, they won't run at anywhere near this unless it's bare bones. Cisco 810 Series, Cisco 860 Series, Cisco 880 Series, and Cisco 890 Series Routers. Straight forward, just like how you configure any wifi router.
